BIOGRAPHY
I have been in the shipping business for more than 45 years, since 1978. I founded and managed Matina Lines in Antwerp, Belgium whose main business focus was shipping cars to Lebanon and Egypt. I further expanded the business to Spain and Turkey. The company owned more than 35 vessels with the capacity of several thousand cars per vessel
After that in 2002 I created Scandinavian Ship Invest, a company that owned 36 car carriers chartered to major car manufacturers. Further‐ more I took an important capital participation of the leading Norwegian car carrier company EISDIVA
WE CREATE PRODUCTS THAT MAKE LIVES BETTER
2012
I created Compagnie Maritime Monegasque (CMM), a Monaco based shipping company specializing in oil, gas and re‐ newable energy support ships. A multiple year contract was concluded with Petrobras, Brazil in 2014
2020
I founded CMM ZERO EMISSION in Tunis and act as its Chief Operating Officer (CEO) and majority shareholder. The company is positioned to profit from the green energy business
All over my career, I managed to set up large international projects by using my international network and negotiation skills with ship builders, leading car companies and other multinational companies as well as investors
